Why do adults judge young love so harshly? Perhaps it is because they are simply looking out for those straying off the sidewalk or perhaps it is because they are actually bitter that their own first love didn’t work out. I know high school couples who have dated for 4, 5 years. Yet I also know adult couples who have only known each other for 1, 2 years before tying the knot.
